About Reiki.....

Reiki is an alternative healing modality which is felt to have originated in Tibet thousands of years ago. It involves an energy transfer between the Reiki practitioner and the recipient. This energy transfer energizes the immune system and promotes healing. It is a gentle noninvasive technique that restores balance on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. This technique can be learned in a 2-day weekend workshop.

About the teacher.....

I am a Traditional Usui Reiki Master who has been practicing Reiki for 9 years. My journey began in 2000 with Traditional Masters John Harvey Gray and Lourdes Gray in Rindge, New Hampshire. Upon completing  their Reiki I, II, and Advanced II levels, I went on to complete a one year  Traditional Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner program under John Harvey Gray's "Usui-Gray Integrated Reiki System" at the John Harvey Gray Center for Healing. I have had extensive hands-on experience as well innumerable absent distance Reiki sessions. I am dedicated to helping as many people/little critters as I can through Reiki and hope to make more and more people aware of the wondrous benefits of Reiki not only in helping them with their physical and emotional discomfort, but also possibly that they themselves seek training to go on to be Reiki practitioners and teachers.
